Amazon Web Services (AWS) just wrapped up two major events: the AWS Summit in Tel Aviv and Singapore. These free in-person gatherings showcase the latest in cloud technology and connect local communities with AWS expertise.

The packed keynote in Tel Aviv featured key announcements, including the general availability of Amazon Aurora DSQL. This newly launched database offers lightning-speed, serverless distributed SQL capabilities, promising virtually unlimited scalability and zero infrastructure management. With a focus on high availability—99.99% for single regions and 99.999% across multiple regions—Aurora DSQL ensures apps stay online even during connectivity issues.
