Aeroflot flights grounded after cyberattack hits Russia’s largest airline. The issue started Monday when a pro-Ukrainian hacker group, Silent Crow, claimed responsibility. They teamed up with Belarusian hackers, blaming Russia’s occupation of Ukraine.

Silent Crow posted on Telegram, saying they took control of major Aeroflot systems and destroyed what they could access. They allegedly grabbed terabytes of internal data and showed screenshots with access to the airline’s internal user directory.

Aeroflot’s website is down with a “temporarily restricted” error message. Airport departure screens across Russia show flights cancelled left and right.

“destroyed” the airline’s systems that it had access to. Screenshots posted by the hackers allegedly show access to several Aeroflot systems, including its internal active directory of internal users.
