Huang updated customers: NVIDIA is applying to resume sales of the NVIDIA H20 GPU. The U.S. government promised licenses will be granted soon. Deliveries could start shortly after.

He also announced a new, fully compliant NVIDIA RTX PRO GPU designed for digital twin AI in smart factories and logistics.

Huang called AI a fundamental resource on par with energy, water, and the internet. He stressed NVIDIA’s commitment to open-source research, foundation models, and democratizing AI worldwide—including Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Jensen Huang stated to reporters in D.C.:

"General-purpose, open-source research and foundation models are the backbone of AI innovation.”

“We believe that every civil model should run best on the U.S. technology stack, encouraging nations worldwide to choose America.”
