Perry just raised €1.6 million to tackle Europe’s tech worker shortage with AI-powered work instructions.
The Dutch AI startup closed a funding round led by Berlin’s Revent, joined by angels from Google and OpenAI.
Perry’s software replaces clunky manuals with clear, visual instructions that dynamically adjust to the task using AI. It learns from field feedback to keep improving.
The first user is cable installer Van Vulpen, who deployed Perry to train workers in energy infrastructure.
Europe’s tech workforce dropped by around 15 million over 20 years, hitting industries like renewables and construction hard. Perry aims to ease that pain.
Plans include growing the team, fine-tuning AI models, and expanding into Germany, Belgium, and the UK.
This launch is a direct response to the crunch in skilled technical personnel across Europe’s critical sectors. Perry’s tech aims to keep those industries moving forward.
