Hewlett Packard Enterprise expanded its AI partnership with Nvidia, launching a bigger AI factory portfolio aimed at enterprises, service providers, and governments. The move was announced at HPE’s Discover event in Las Vegas.

The spotlight is on the new HPE Private Cloud AI, a turnkey enterprise platform built for agentic and generative AI. It runs on Nvidia’s accelerated computing platform paired with HPE’s ProLiant Gen12 servers. HPE claims it delivers double the performance of earlier models while slashing power use by up to 65%.

Modular expansion racks are now part of the package, promising easy scaling regardless of compute setup. The system supports dozens of pre-validated AI apps — from fraud detection and security to video summarization and drug discovery.

The platform adds support for Nvidia’s latest Blackwell B300 GPUs. HPE and Nvidia say this follows their joint promise to bring new tech to market fast. The AI factory portfolio now includes turnkey systems, scalable platforms for model builders, and sovereign solutions suited for regulated sectors. The goal: make large-scale AI deployment simpler.

This update continues the Nvidia AI Computing by HPE program that launched last year. Both companies point to rising demand for scalable, secure AI infrastructure.

HPE CEO Antonio Neri said:

“The platform not only addresses the demands of today but also provides a clear roadmap for the future of AI.”

HPE also flagged full-stack AI observability gains. OpsRamp, an IT monitoring platform HPE bought in 2023, is now validated for Nvidia’s AI architecture. Alongside this, HPE introduced the Compute XD690 node, which supports eight Nvidia Blackwell Ultra GPUs.

This rollout underscores HPE’s push into enterprise AI gear, riding Nvidia’s GPU momentum as AI workloads soar.
