24 US AI Startups That Secured $100M+ Funding in 2025

OpenAI led a record $40 billion funding round to kick off 2025. The deal closed March 31 and values the AI giant at $300 billion. SoftBank headed the round. Thrive Capital, Microsoft, and Coatue also chipped in.

Anthropic raised $3.5 billion in March. Their Series E values the startup at $61.5 billion. Lightspeed led, with Salesforce Ventures, Menlo Ventures, and General Catalyst joining.

Anysphere, behind coding tool Cursor, pulled in $900 million in June. Thrive Capital led their Series C, valuing the company near $10 billion. Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, and DST Global participated.

Glean, the enterprise search startup, raised $150 million in June. Wellington Management led their Series F. Sequoia, Lightspeed, and Kleiner Perkins chipped in. Glean hits a $7.25 billion valuation.

SandboxAQ secured $450 million in April. Investors include Nvidia, Google, and Ray Dalio. The Series E values the company at $5.7 billion.

Runway raised $308 million in April. General Atlantic led, with SoftBank, Nvidia, and Fidelity joining. Their valuation hits $3 billion.

Snorkel AI closed a $100 million Series D in May. The data labeling startup is valued at $1.3 billion. Addition led, with Prosperity7, Lightspeed, and Greylock on board.

Together AI took $305 million in Series B. Prosperity7 and General Catalyst co-led. Salesforce Ventures, Nvidia, and Lux backed the deal. The valuation hits $3.3 billion.
