Joule Agents now automate complex workflows. For example, an environmental agent can evaluate chemical safety protocols in a plant and consult HR when needed. An accrual agent can reduce manual processes by 90%, streamlining financial operations.
New AI Agent Hub in LeanIX
The AI Agent Hub in SAP LeanIX will launch in Q4 2025. It aims to help customers manage and govern AI agents effectively.
Partnering with NEURA Robotics and NVIDIA
SAP’s collaboration with NEURA Robotics and NVIDIA connects enterprise processes with cognitive robots, aiming to automate real-world tasks like manufacturing and compliance monitoring.
AI Foundation: The Engine Behind AI Operations
SAP’s AI Foundation now includes over 150 capabilities, supporting the development of custom AI solutions. The addition of a prompt optimizer aims to simplify model transitions, promising faster adaptability to best-fit AI models.
SAP Document AI: Simplifying Documentation
SAP Document AI, previously known as Document Information Extraction, automates document processing to cut manual work and errors. This tool is already helping customers like Serax reduce their workload by 33%.
Upcoming Sustainability Initiatives
New enhancements in the SAP Sustainability portfolio will be in beta by August 2025. Features include AI-assisted permit management and safety reporting, aiming to improve efficiency and compliance.
