Everise has launched a strategic partnership with Krisp, deploying Krisp’s real-time voice AI platform across its global agent network. This collaboration aims to enhance customer experiences, boosting productivity and clarity.
Krisp’s technology features accent neutralization and noise cancellation and has already been rolled out to 10,000 Everise agent seats globally. The full deployment is expected in the coming months.
The partnership highlights both companies’ commitment to empowering human agents with AI. Agents will now tackle customer issues faster while overcoming language barriers. Additional features like speech interpretation and Agent Assist will be added later.
